The Hispanic American Cultural Association is a non-profit, incorporated association under the state laws of Georgia since 1986. Our primary goal is the preservation and promotion of our culture. The executive Board is elected biannually by a majority vote. | ||||||||||||||||||

Everyone is welcome to be a member of ACHA. The annual dues of $12 per person allows us to plan annual activities and to send our bulletin, El Cervantino, which provides information, quarterly, on upcoming events as well as news related to our association and its members, literary selections, poetry, important dates, work plans and much more. In ACHA we believe it is important that our community unites in order to share and maintain the cultural traditions of our countries. -------------------------------------------------- HISPANIC FESTIVAL For several years ACHA has been the organizing association of the well-known "Hispanic Festival" in Augusta, Georgia. Over the years we have attempted to offer the community a festival worth remembering. Attendees have been delighted with the varieties of authentic food from many Hispanic countries. The festival also features folkloric groups, arts and crafts, games for children and other educational attractions for the entire family -------------------------------------------------- Dr. Fares John Scholarship ACHA offers the Dr. Fares John Scholarship annually to the CSRA high school or university student and teacher who demostrates interest in the Spanish language. | Welcome! | ||||||||||||||||||
